Equal Opportunity & Affirmative Action

Education and Training

The Office of Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action builds institutional capacity, increases individual capabilities, and promotes a culture of excellence by providing University staff, faculty and students information and opportunities for increased understanding of equity and diversity. The Office offers a variety of programs designed to build skills and enhance professional development. We provide workshops, seminars and classes, collaborate with other units on other opportunities, and develop customized onsite sessions for colleges, departments or work units.

If you have any questions or suggestions, please contact the EOAA Office at (612) 624-9547 or eoaa@umn.edu.
